The Cumulative Environmental Management Association (CEMA) operates in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, Alberta. CEMA makes recommendations to manage the cumulative environmental effects of regional development on air, land, water and biodiversity.
Operations were suspended in April 2016.
