About

Daishowa-Marubeni International Ltd. (DMI) is an integrated forest products company first established in western Canada in 1969 by Daishowa Paper Manufacturing and Marubeni Corporation of Japan, when the company began a joint venture with Weldwood of Canada in the Cariboo Pulp and Paper Company at Quesnel, BC.
