Cémil is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA legacy) and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He previously worked at Price Waterhouse (now PWC), Export Development Canada, HSBC, Chittenden Group (now People’s United) and Royal Bank. The bulk of his work experience is in the fields of trade finance, asset-based lending, commercial banking and real estate credit. Cémil has volunteered extensively, at the Ottawa Japanese Language School, Toastmasters and the John Molson International MBA Case Competition as panel judge to name a few. Cémil joined fRI Research in June 2013. In his spare time, he currently practices racquet sports, biking, skiing, karting and photography.
