Launched in late 2024, the Moose Research Initiative brings together multiple research themes to answer critical forest management questions and test emerging tools for monitoring moose and their habitat across the province. After a little over a year of fieldwork and data analysis, we’ve made progress on all five research themes under the Moose Research Initiative.
