In the summer of 2013 grizzly bear G259 was spotted with two cubs in the Kakwa area.
G259 was a yearling when she and her mother (G040) were relocated from Cadomin to the Kakwa area in July 2006. G259 was photographed during the summer 2013 with cubs, still in the Kakwa area. From the pictures, we were able to zoom in on the ear tag and read the number for ID.
